My first experience with Thomas was in 1996 when he sold a house to my daughter. She was moving from out of town and Thomas was extremely helpful. In 1998 I decided to move across the street from her.With his encouragement and cooperation,I selected a lot in the same neighborhood. Floor plans in this development are similar.I revised the first floor plan to my liking.When I thought it was a done deal, he had bad news. The plan I accepted would not conform to the lot due to the green utility box was in the space that was to be my driveway. Sensing my disappointment, he left the conference room table and went down the hall to meet with the person who drafts the plans.When he returned to the conference room, he showed me what they came up with. I liked it immediately and I liked it better than the plan I drew.I was on the building site almost every day and paid close attention to the construction process. Thomas and his Assistant provided professional opinions about the selections that I made including brick color, adding additional windows, and other upgrades to electrical, flooring, crown molding, chair rail, etc.Without hesitation, I highly recommend Thomas Fellers as a realtor who is creative and knowledgeable.I am certain that he would provide the same attention to an interested purchaser who is interested in a house already built.
